Our luxurious dinners include many seasonal ingredients and mainly locally produced ingredients such as Tajima beef, abalone and stork-raised rice.

Matuba-gani, also known as snow crab, can be found off the nearby shores of the Sea of Japan. Since long ago, this area has been said to be blessed with an environment that is ideal for the growth of delicious crabs.
The miso (brown meat) of these crabs are known to have a richer and higher quality flavor than that of snow crabs caught in other areas.
A long time breakfast favorite is out “dashi-rolled omelet," made piping hot right in front of you. We also recommend the “morning curry”.

Relax in Genbu-no-Yu, a large communal bath with an open-air bath, while gazing into our Japanese garden.
“Genbu-no-Yu” and “Maruyama-no-Yu” are gender segregated and alternate between men and women in the morning and evening. Please pay attention to which gender has been assigned to which bath before entering.
Look out upon the Maruyama River.

From the open-air bath on the second floor, you can look down on the seasonal scenery of the Maruyama River with the mountains in the background. You can also enjoy the snowy scenes in the winter.

A private bathroom is available for guests who cannot use the regular hot spring baths for any reason. Depending on the room you are staying in, there may not be an in-room bath, so please feel free to reserve this private bath. Please ask hotel staff for details.
